We will immediately respond with an email estimate and full details of the process, which begins with sending you our convenient shipping sleeve with full instructions on how to roll up the rug and slide it into the tube. We will then follow up with a phone call to make sure all your questions have been answered. Two days after you receive the shipping sleeve, FedEx will return to pick your rug up at your door.
