Please fill out this form to receive your free rug transport kit, which contains a special heavy-duty plastic shipping sleeve for you to ship your rug to us for cleaning.

We handle all shipping arrangements. You'll just put your rug in the shipping sleeve and FedEX will come to your door and pick it up for you!

How do I know if my rug is worth sending to the RugSpa for professional cleaning?

• 4 x 6 size or smaller and cost you $350 or more.
• 6 x 9 size and cost you $750 or more.
• 9 x 12 size and cost you $1,500 or more.

Rug Types That Are Worth Cleaning

• Hand-knotted wool rugs: Oriental, Persian, Chinese, India, tribal, or Flocatti
• Machine-made & tufted wool rugs with cotton back: Karastan, Kilim, wool Belgian, Wilton, or Axminsters, Imported tufted styles
• Special-care rugs: silk, Navajo, tapestry, animal skin, fine antiques

How To Fold Your Larger Rugs

• If your rug is wider then 66" fold your rug in half to make it half as wide across, then roll it up annd tie it twice. If your rug is wider than 113" fold it into thirds and then roll and tie it twice.
• Slide your rug into the shipping sleeve and zip lock the ends.
• Tape all excess packaging and sleeving tightly against rug body bale throughout the length and ends with the enclosed tape tabs.
