Rug-cleaning Transport Kit

Please fill out this form to receive your free rug transport kit, which contains a special heavy-duty plastic shipping sleeve for you to ship your rug to us for cleaning.

We handle all shipping arrangements. You'll just put your rug in the shipping sleeve and FedEX will come to your door and pick it up for you!

All shipments are fully insured.

How do I know if my rug is worth sending to the RugSpa for cleaning?

- If your rug is 4 x 6 size or smaller and cost you $350 or more when purchased new, then it's definitely going to be cost-effective to send it to the RugSpa for expert cleaning!
- If your rug is approx. 6 x 9 size and cost you $750 or more when purchased new, then it's definitely going to be cost-effective to send it to the RugSpa for expert cleaning!
- If your rug is approx. 9 x 12 size and cost you $1,500 or more when new, then it's definitely going to be cost-effective to send it to the RugSpa for expert cleaning!

Rug Types

Hand-knotted wool rugs: Oriental, Persian, Chinese, India, tribal, or Flocatti
Machine-made & tufted wool rugs: Karastan, Kilim, wool Belgian, Wilton, or Axminsters, Imported tufted styles
Special-care rugs: silk, Navajo, tapestry, animal skin, fine antiques

Are you unsure about your rug type(s)?

If your rug was a gift or inheritance, we are highly qualified appraisers and should be able to "ballpark" the value if you can provide us with the following detailed information for your rug(s): Manufacturer name, whether it's wool or Olefin pile, hand-loomed or machine-made, and any other additional information to help us make an educated guess.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Your transport kit will come to your home with all the shipping materials for you to roll and slide your rug into for transporting by FedEx.

Unless you notify us differently we will have FedEx stop two days later after you have received your transport kit and pick up your rug. You may call us at 1-800-624-7847 to address any concerns that you may have.
