- 8-step inspection - We thoroughly inspect and document all conditions carefully on your cleaning invoice for future reference.
- Loose dirt removal - We use our state-of-the-art micro-agitation equipment to gently remove all loose dirt and debris.
- Dye stability test - Because no strict dye-creation standards exist throughout the rug-making regions of the world, we carefully test your rug for colorfastness and contact you with any concerns before proceeding. We also adjust our Oriental carpet cleaning process to prevent any color transfer.

6-step Process
Your rug is carefully and individually hand-washed. Heavily soiled areas are treated one spot at a time. A specially formulated Oriental rug stain remover enzyme is used to treat any pet-soiled areas on the rug and remove both the stains and accompanying urine odors.
Rinsing
Once clean, Oriental rugs are thoroughly rinsed using state-of-the-art compression equipment specifically designed to rinse all detergents and remove all chemical residues from the rug fibers. This keeps your Oriental rug clean longer.

Immediately following water extraction, your rug is gently groomed; optional stain protectants are then applied and your clean rug is transported to our special Oriental rug drying facility. Drying is individually timed to your carpet's size and construction.
